Currently, we are looking for an HR Generalist, who has experience in developing and implementing HR processes, politics, programs and services, administrative and recruitment activities, and of course - the creation of positive relations with current and future employees of the company.

As HR Generalist, you will work side by side with the HR Business Partner. You will be the driving force for the creation and implementation of HR methods, methodology, ideas and projects.
You will create the method of data collection, which will analyze the performance of employees and will help peoples' professional development.
You will take over the internal HR documentation flow – preparation of employment contracts, and other related documents, tracking of sick and leaves, observance of salaries and bonuses, job descriptions, job advertisements, coordinate activities of recruitment and administration of personnel, cooperating with external payroll company and recruitment agencies.
Communication with the employees of the company (vertical and horizontal) is an essential and valuable element in your work. You will be responsible for onboarding and welcoming new employees as well as explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees.
