We help the team to find a Business Development and Sales Manager who will have an opportunity to work from identification, through qualification and to closure. In this role, you have the ability to articulate and craft an implementation proposal with support from the presales experts. Demonstrating expert sales, organizational, business and professional skills, the Business Development and Sales Manager has primary responsibility for generating new opportunities and for bringing them to closure.

We are looking for a person who:

• has a proven track record and special expertise developing and selling IT Services - 5+ years;
• has experience in IT outsourcing company – mandatory;
• has experience on national level - Bulgarian market;
• is energetic and curious about innovation and technology;
• aspires to perform at a higher level while working together as a team;
• is active and demonstrates his/her skills;
• has a high level of individual initiative, assertiveness, and the willingness to take on responsibility and to approach things in an enterprising way;
• has a proven track record and special expertise selling IT Implementation Services;
• has organizational, business and professional skills.


• Research and develops list of potential clients;
• Proactively identify, locate, and qualify new business leads;
• Diligently follow up on and develop sales leads;
• Establish and maintain industry and partner contacts;
• Represents collaborate at trade association meetings/events;
• Direct sales;
• Manage existing pipeline and assume revenue and bottom line responsibility;
• Manage the sales process from lead identification through close;
• Act as a solutions expert consultant in helping clients' with their unique and critical business issues and strategic initiatives;
• Successfully communicate the benefits of the solution;
• Articulate and craft an implementation proposal with support from our presales experts.
